Operate CNC milling and turning centers. Set up machines, select tooling, and produce precision parts to specifications.
Create and optimize CNC programs for complex 5-axis parts. Proficiency in Mastercam, PowerMill, or similar CAM software required.
Implement and maintain quality systems. Conduct audits, manage NCRs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support international customers with technical sales. Strong English communication skills and manufacturing knowledge required.
